I am a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and use she/her pronouns.

I integrate traditional psychotherapy services with non-traditional therapies and approaches. I am a certified yoga teacher YTT-200 and a Reiki practitioner and take on a  holistic approach to treating body, mind, and soul.

Taking on an empowering, strength-based approach has always been a focus for my practice when working with my clients, and so I operate under a harm reduction, trauma-informed model. I provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults. I see myself as a hard working, passionate, and creative worker who is dedicated to offering only the highest quality of behavioral health services. I am constantly working on doing my part to dismantle white supremacy in order to better provide inclusive therapy services.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)/Flash Technique as well as a certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist. My treatment approach is eclectic, and I have a broad skill set including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (level 1), Mindfulness/Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
